This single cask BenRiach 12-year-old was distilled on January 26, 2007, and matured in a rum barrel before being bottled in 2019. Only 140 bottles were produced, and it is presented non-chillfiltered, naturally colored, and bottled at a cask strength of 59.2%.
Nose: A blend of oranges, medicinal notes, pear, and fresh fruits.
Palate: Flavors of bonfires, caramel, digestive biscuits, and a touch of pepper.
Finish: Long and oily, with lingering notes of linseed oil, pepper, and aged wood.
