This17-year-old combines two mature sherry-cask components: a \u003cstrong\u003e2001-vintage blended malt matured in a first-fill sherry butt\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003e2006-vintage Aultmore single malt\u003c\/strong\u003e, also matured in a \u003cstrong\u003efirst-fill sherry butt\u003c\/strong\u003e. The resulting multi-vintage blend was given only a slight reduction before bottling at a robust \u003cstrong\u003e53% ABV\u003c\/strong\u003e.
