Aberlour 18 Year Old Double Cask Matured – Old Presentation – 750ml 43% ABV is an older bottling of the acclaimed Speyside single malt Scotch whisky from Aberlour Distillery, Scotland.

Matured for a minimum of 18 years, this expression combines the rich influence of sherry-seasoned oak with the softer sweetness of American oak, creating a beautifully balanced and complex single malt.

The extended maturation develops layers of dried fruits, ripe orchard fruits, creamy vanilla, dark chocolate and warming oak spice, while retaining Aberlour's signature smooth, fruit-forward character.

Bottled at 43% ABV in the 750ml export format, this older presentation predates the distillery's more recent packaging designs and represents an earlier generation of Aberlour's premium age-stated range.

With its mature age statement, rich double-cask character and discontinued packaging, Aberlour 18 Year Old Old Presentation is an appealing addition to collections of vintage Speyside single malts.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Rich dried raisins, ripe apricots and orange peel with honey, vanilla, toasted oak and subtle cinnamon.

Palate: Full-bodied and smooth with dark chocolate, dried fruits, caramel and sweet malt, developing notes of roasted nuts, nutmeg and warming oak spice.

Finish: Long and elegant with lingering sherry sweetness, dried fruit, soft spice and mature oak.
