Tasting Notes

Nose: Intense peat smoke, seaweed, smoked bacon, brine, dark chocolate, olives and subtle citrus zest.

Palate: Rich bonfire smoke, salted caramel, espresso, liquorice, black pepper, smoked meats and savoury Manzanilla sherry notes.

Finish: Long, smoky and maritime with lingering peat, cracked black pepper, salted nuts, dark cocoa and drying oak.
