Ardbeg Very Young Committee Reserve

A special limited Ardbeg aged just 6 years old. Bottled as the first of Ardbeg's 'Path to Peaty Maturity', this was bottled 'For Discussion' exclusively for the Ardbeg Committee Reserve. A very rare bottle.

Distilled 1997 then bottled in 2003

ABV 58.9%  ( Bottle size 700ml )

Nose: Intense peat smoke with hints of sea salt, citrus, and vanilla.

Palate: Full-bodied with robust peat smoke, lemon peel, smoked meat, and oak spice.

Finish: Long and smoky, with notes of black pepper, charred oak, and a lingering sweetness.

Overall: Ardbeg 6 Years Old, ‘For Discussion’, is a rare and bold whisky, showcasing intense peat smoke and complex flavors despite its young age.
