Nose: Light, sweet, malty, germinated grain, mineral, creamy iris, sweet roll, light smoked background, brine, roasted duck, date, vanilla gum, marshmallow, duchess, apple drying, notes of ash, cattle yard, rough, ice cream , chocolate with whole nuts, Turkish delight, capelin.

Taste:  Pepper, smoky, smoked, sweet, mint, raisins, meat note, sweet peat, green apple. 

Finish: Quite long, burning, mint, warming and dry.
