Baker's Single Barrel 7 Year Old

Baker's Bourbon, part of Jim Beam's Small Batch Collection and named after Baker Beam, ranks third in proof among the series. In 2019, it transitioned from small batch to single barrel offerings, introducing the 7 Year Single Barrel, often aged over 8 years, and the limited 13 Year. Bottled at 53.5% ABV (750ml).

Nose: A dominant nutty aroma identifies this bourbon, with hints of baking spices, caramel, and vanilla emerging on deeper inhale.

Palate: Slightly burnt caramel and spiced vanilla mix with green peppercorn and rye spice. A touch of sweet syrup adds complexity, revealing the boldness of the sip.

Finish: Nutty flavors return with oak and vanilla, which quickly fade to a warming dry oak and nut finish, highlighting its 107 proof.
