A cask strength 21 year old bottling from Rare Malts range, this 1982 vintage proffers a last chance to own a bottle from the Banff distillery, closed for over 15 years. Bottled at 57.1%ABV ( Bottle size 700ml)

Nose  Rich and full-bodied, apples and pears, calvados and a good spice. Hints of peels and marmalde with a good greenness.

Palate is well-balanced and full. There are some chewy sherry notes; sultanas and spice with liquorice and oaked heat 

Finish is long and well-oaked with peppery spice.
