Benrinnes 2007 11 Year Old Rest & Be Thankful

Distilled on 30 April 2007 at Benrinnes Distillery, this single malt spent 11 years maturing in a single ex-bourbon hogshead (Cask #304259) before being bottled on 20 May 2019 by Rest & Be Thankful Whisky Co. Only 281 bottles were released, each delivering the distillery’s signature weighty spirit with a bright bourbon influence. Expect layers of vanilla, honey, orchard fruits, and gentle spice, with a rich cask-strength mouthfeel. Bottled at 56.8% ABV.

Nose: Vanilla cream, fresh pear, honey, and soft malt

Palate: Sweet toffee, ripe apples, light spice, and oak

Finish: Long, warming, and gently spiced with lingering fruit sweetness
