A limited-edition bottling of Big Peat Christmas Edition 2016 Islay Blended Malt Scotch Whisky. This is a blend of single malts from Ardbeg, Caol Ila, Bowmore, and Port Ellen distilleries finished in a small batch at 54.6% ABV. Big Peat represents all that is Islay in a bottle. Bottled at 54.6%.(Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Intense peat smoke, seaweed, and brine, with hints of citrus and vanilla.

Palate: Bold and smoky with flavors of BBQ, black pepper, sweet malt, and a touch of medicinal notes.

Finish: Long and warming with lingering peat, spice, and a hint of oak.

A robust Islay blend, showcasing powerful peat and maritime character with a balanced sweetness.
