The 2025 edition continues Bomberger’s distinctive use of Chinquapin oak (Quercus muehlenbergii). What sets this vintage apart is the use of barrels made from oak naturally air-dried and seasoned for four different periods: 18 months, 3 years, 4 years and 5 years, before receiving Michter’s specified toast and char. Tasting Notes

Nose: Bright fruit with roasted nuts, salted caramel and rich oak.

Palate: Multi-layered and full-bodied, moving from floral and jammy fruit into sweet-and-salty caramel, berries, chocolate and warming baking spice.

Finish: Long and complex with lingering spice, dark chocolate, berries and seasoned oak.
