Distilled on the Isle of Islay at Bruichladdich distillery, this was the second release in the distillery's Rocks series. This expression was put down to mature in ex-bourbon casks for an undisclosed length of time before undergoing a finishing period in French red wine casks. The whisky has then been bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colourings at a strength of 46% ABV
