Caol Ila 11 Year Old 2024 Release

Part of Diageo’s 2024 Special Releases, Caol Ila “Ambrosial Feast” is an 11-year-old unpeated Islay single malt matured in American and European oak refill and rejuvenated wine casks. Smooth and creamy with nutty, fruity layers, gentle spice, and a long, elegant finish. Bottled at natural cask strength of 57.3% ABV.

Nose: Mild and nutty with creamy dairy tones and a hint of fruit.

Palate: Smooth and mouth-filling, revealing nutty richness, oak spice, and soft tannins.

Finish: Long, dry, and lightly spiced with lingering warmth.
