Compass Box Canvas

A limited release from boutique blenders, Compass Box, launched in 2021. Canvas is a blended malt comprising single malts from four distilleries: Tomatin, Glenburgie, Glen Elgin, and the closed Imperial Distillery. A portion of the single malt from Tomatin was finished for three years in casks that were seasoned with Vino Naranja, a Spanish fortified wine that is infused with orange peel. 5,880 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: A gloriously waxy and citrusy nose.

Palate: Forest honey and vanilla shortbread.

Finish: Flavours of nutmeg, cardamom and chocolate intertwine in the long-lasting finish.
