Daftmill 2007 Single Cask Abbey Whisky

A rare single-cask Daftmill distilled in December 2007 and matured for 12 years in a first-fill Heaven Hill bourbon barrel. Bottled exclusively for Abbey Whisky with only 207 bottles released. Clean, bright Lowland character with sweet vanilla and soft orchard fruit. Bottled in 2020 at 57.1% ABV.

Nose: Vanilla, light citrus, soft barley
Palate: Orchard fruit, creamy sweetness, gentle spice
Finish: Clean, malty and lightly oaked
