Daftmill 2008 Summer Release 2019

Daftmill 2008 Summer Release 2019 is a rare Lowland farm-distilled release made from estate-grown optic barley, matured 12 years in six ex-bourbon barrels and limited to 1,760 bottles. It shows fresh fruit, soft vanilla and gentle oak spice. Bottled at 46% ABV.

Nose: Crème brûlée vanilla, tinned peaches and light cocoa

Palate: Green apples, pear, melon and soft peach with herbal undertones

Finish: Vanilla pod, clove, cinnamon and warm honey
