Daftmill 2009 Single Oloroso Cask #29 UK Exclusive

A rare single-cask Daftmill matured entirely in an ex-Oloroso sherry cask from 2009 to 2020. Richer and deeper than the distillery’s usual bourbon releases, this UK-exclusive bottling yielded 629 bottles and shows dried fruits, spice and classic Daftmill elegance at full cask strength. Bottled at 61.1% ABV.

Nose: Raisins, brown sugar, soft oak

Palate: Dark fruit, warm spice, malty sweetness

Finish: Long, sherried and gently drying
