Daftmill 2009 summer release

A rare Daftmill 2009 summer release matured in three ex-bourbon barrels and one first-fill Oloroso sherry butt. The distillery’s first bourbon-and-sherry combination, offering tropical fruit, gentle spice and warm sherry depth. Bottled in 2023 at 46% ABV.

Nose: Mango, cola cubes, dried figs

Palate: Spicy clootie dumpling, lemon zest, toffee

Finish: Gingerbread, warm sherry sweetness lingering
