Bottled at its natural cask strength of 56.4% ABV, this limited-edition Islay single malt was distilled in 2007 and matured exclusively in refill American oak casks, allowing the distillery's unmistakable maritime peat character to shine. Tasting Notes

Nose: Sweet wood smoke, peat embers, grilled citrus, Jaffa orange, sea breeze, smoked salmon, leather and sea salt.

Palate: Rich and oily with mouth-coating peat smoke, grilled fruit, orange zest, black pepper, dark chocolate, maritime brine and warming spice.

Finish: Exceptionally long with lingering campfire smoke, sea salt, cracked pepper, oak spice and a beautifully smoky aftertaste.
