Tasting Notes

Nose: Sea salt, dried fruits, sultanas, dates, soft peat smoke, chalky minerality and hints of grape skins.

Palate: Creamy texture with rich red fruits, maritime salinity, cracked black pepper, chilli spice, smoky malt and subtle Port sweetness.

Finish: Long, warming and peppery with lingering smoke, sea salt, sweet spices and mouth-cooling chilli.
