Distilled 2010-08-10, matured in a single hogshead (cask #808327, and bottled 2022-10-28- Limited to 291 bottles and bottled at 57.3%abv.

Nose: Autumn notes of wet leaves and black soil at first, then tropical fruits with ripe banana and coconut. Creamy vanilla, marzipan and milk chocolate.
Taste: Full bodied and not all that sweet. Mildly oaky and dusty before the tropical fruits make a welcome return. Medium spiciness, and a pinch of salt.
Finish: Medium long finish. Darker chocolate than what the nose offered. Quite fruity all the way - more citrus like notes in the end. Dry finale.
