Nose: Starts with a tempered and refined character, revealing a complex layer of fruitiness. Beneath this, there's a rich, honeyed sweetness, supported by toasted oak and the distinct aroma of sun-warmed rocks on a beach. The overall impression is fresh and inviting.

Taste: Full-bodied and robust, featuring a creamy and fruity introduction with a pronounced spiciness from both black and white pepper. The profile is dry-ish, highlighted by toasted oak, with nuances of nutmeg and raspberry marmalade adding depth.

Finish: The finish is medium-long, emphasizing more of the red berry spectrum, including strawberries. It rounds off with the sweet, comforting notes of creamy vanilla ice cream.
