Glen Keith 10 Year Old is a discontinued Speyside single malt Scotch whisky and a fascinating example of the distillery's early official bottlings from the Seagram era.

Established in 1957 in Keith, Scotland, Glen Keith was originally developed to supply malt whisky for Seagram's blending operations, including well-known brands such as Chivas Regal. Although its spirit was primarily destined for blended Scotch whisky, the distillery introduced a small range of official single malts during the 1990s.

The 10 Year Old became one of the distillery's most recognisable early expressions, showcasing a traditional Speyside character of honeyed malt, fresh orchard fruits, vanilla, delicate floral notes and gentle oak spice.

The original expression was released during the 1990s, before Glen Keith ceased production in 1999. The distillery remained closed until 2013, making these earlier official bottlings particularly interesting to collectors of historical Scotch whisky.

Unlike contemporary Glen Keith releases, this discontinued 10-year-old represents an earlier period of production, packaging and distillery ownership.

Its classic Speyside flavour profile, historical significance and increasingly uncommon presentation make it an attractive addition to collections of older Scottish single malts.
