Palate: Full-bodied and intense, with flavors of dark chocolate, figs, and Christmas cake. The sherry influence is evident, bringing forth layers of rich dried fruits, toffee, and a touch of espresso. A hint of spice and oak balances the sweetness.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering notes of dried fruits, dark chocolate, and a gentle oak spice. The high ABV adds a pleasant warmth that enhances the rich flavors.
