Glenfiddich 15 Mid 2000's Bottling

The Glenfiddich 15 Year Old from the mid-2000s is part of the distillery’s Solera Reserve expression — a 15-year-old Speyside single malt that was matured in a combination of ex-bourbon, ex-sherry, and new oak casks, then married in a large Solera vat that is never fully emptied. This method gives the whisky a consistent, layered profile over time.

Nose: of ripe pear, honey, and soft spice.

Palate: of malt sweetness, dried fruit, cinnamon, and oak.

Finish: is smooth and gently warming with lingering spice.
