Glenfiddich Snow Phoenix

Glenfiddich Snow Phoenix is a rare limited-edition single malt created after a dramatic warehouse collapse during heavy snowfall in 2010. It combines whiskies aged in American oak and Oloroso sherry casks, resulting in a rich, layered profile with sweet, spicy, and smoky notes. Non-chillfiltered, only 12,000 bottles were released worldwide. Bottled at 47.6% ABV.

Nose: Creamy vanilla, honeycomb, and stewed apples, with hints of toasted nuts and gentle smoke.

Palate: Rich and layered with toffee, cinnamon, and spiced oak, evolving into dark chocolate and dried fruits.

Finish: Long and warming with lingering sherry sweetness and a subtle smoky echo.
