This finishing process adds layers of tropical fruit, soft brown sugar, and creamy vanilla to the distillery’s smooth and balanced house style. A lively and approachable dram, it’s a perfect introduction to cask finishes for both new whisky drinkers and seasoned fans alike. Bottled at 40% ABV 

Nose: Sweet red apples, ripe banana, and a hint of molasses.

Palate: Tropical fruits, creamy toffee, and subtle citrus zest.

Finish: Smooth and light with lingering vanilla and gentle spice.
