Glenmorangie Cellar 13 – 1 Litre is a discontinued Highland single malt Scotch whisky from Glenmorangie Distillery in Tain, Scotland. Originally released around the late 1990s, this distinctive expression takes its name from one of the distillery's traditional maturation warehouses.
Cellar 13 was created to showcase the influence of Glenmorangie's coastal maturation environment. The warehouse's proximity to the Dornoch Firth contributed to the expression's identity, although its flavour remains firmly rooted in Glenmorangie's elegant, fruit-forward house style.
Matured for approximately 10 years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, Glenmorangie Cellar 13 is known for its delicate combination of citrus fruits, creamy vanilla, honeyed malt and gentle oak spice, accompanied by subtle coastal freshness.
With its distinctive warehouse-inspired identity, discontinued status and historical presentation, Glenmorangie Cellar 13 is an appealing addition to collections of older Highland single malt whiskies.
