Glenmorangie the Taghta

Glenmorangie The Taghta is a unique limited edition created by Glenmorangie’s “Cask Masters” program, where whisky fans worldwide voted on its style, name, and design. Launched in 2013 as the world’s first crowd-managed single malt, it was initially matured in ex-bourbon casks before being finished in ex-Manzanilla casks. Only 12,000 bottles were released, making it a rare and collectible Highland single malt. Bottled at 46% ABV.

Nose: Fresh citrus, green apple, sea breeze and light nuttiness.

Palate: Rich malt sweetness with salted almonds, dried fruit, and a touch of brine.

Finish: Long, dry and subtly salty with lingering oak spice.
