Hazelburn Sherry Wood, always bottled at cask strength, is released annually in small quantities after being matured in varying types of sherry cask.

Nose: Rich aromas of dried fruits, dark chocolate, honey, and a hint of leather, with subtle notes of vanilla and baking spices.

Palate: Full-bodied and smooth, featuring flavors of toffee, figs, raisins, and a touch of nuts, complemented by cinnamon, nutmeg, and a gentle smokiness.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering dried fruit sweetness, spice, and a hint of oak.
