Released in 2018 for travel retail, Highland Park Spirit of the Bear embodies Viking strength and courage. Matured in sherry seasoned American oak, this smoky single malt delivers layers of peat, orange peel, ginger, brioche, and vanilla malt. Bottled at 40% ABV. (Bottle size 100cl)
Nose: Peat smoke with brioche, coffee, and fresh honey.
Palate: Orange peel, stem ginger, floral barley, and smoky depth.
Finish: Sandalwood with vanilla malt sweetness.
