Nose:Soft and inviting with aromas of apricot preserve, ripe apples, berry fruits, roasted nuts, and hints of wood and tea leaves. Develops into vanilla, toffee, chocolate, and caramel with a touch of cereal.
Palate: Medium-bodied, dry and sweet, featuring notes of nuts, dark toffee, mint, rhubarb, apple juice, almond biscuit, and light spices. Finishes with silky cocoa bitterness and hints of wood smoke and black pepper.
Finish: Sweet with a longer, drying oakiness, stewed fruit freshness, and subtle wood smoke.
