Jura Journey, the introductory malt in the Signature Series, is matured in ex-bourbon casks for smooth vanilla and gentle island spice. Bottled at 43% ABV.
Nose: Aromas of vanilla, coconut, banana and a whiff of soft smoke.
Palate: Creamy vanilla, pecan pie and a touch of soft cinnamon, fresh pear and toffee fudge.
