Kilchoman PX Sherry Cask  Single Malt Scotch Whisky

This is the second limited edition of Kilchoman PX Sherry Cask. It's made from 61 Pedro Ximénez sherry casks and matured for at least 5 years. The sweetness of Pedro Ximénez and the smokiness of Kilchoman are a perfect match. Bottled at 50% ABV (750ml)

Nose:  Sweet sultanas and raisins with rounded peat smoke and layers of liquorice and hints of citrus sweetness.

Palate:  Brown sugar and malty sweetness then orange peel, citrus, dark chocolate, and waves of sherry sweetness.

Finish: Chocolate coated raisins, oak smoke, mixed spices and lasting PX sweetness.
