Bottled at a robust 60.9% ABV, this expression combines 55% ex-bourbon and 45% ex-sherry casks, delivering a bold balance of meaty smoke, citrus freshness, and spiced depth. A richly peated single malt with remarkable complexity, it showcases the distillery’s craftsmanship in every sip. Bottled at 60.9% ABV (700ml)

Nose: Toasted malt, baked earth, crispy bacon, and citrus zest.

Palate: Roasted apples, thyme, oily barley, and waves of peppery smoke.

Finish: Lingering spice with a soft touch of ginger.
