Kingsbarns Balcomie

Distilled from Fife-grown barley, KINGSBARNS BALCOMIE is a fruity, light and balanced whisky bottled from 100% ex-Oloroso casks. KINGSBARNS BALCOMIE has been matured in American oak casks previously used for maturing Oloroso in the solera system. These casks were specifically chosen by Production Director Isabella Wemyss for their gentle oak flavors and rich sweetness to complement the fruity character of the Kingsbarns spirit. Sweetly complex and elegant, KINGSBARNS BALCOMIE is rich with baking spices, dried fruit and tropical character. 
Bottled at 46% ABV (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Rich sweetness with hints of treacle, sultanas, fruit loaf, cinnamon, and dark chocolate.
Palate: Sweet tinned pineapple, orange peel, cake spice, with a smooth finish of dried apricot and roasted hazelnut.
