Midleton Barry Crockett Legacy Old presentation

Bearing the name of the celebrated second generation Midleton Master Distiller, the Midleton Barry Crockett Legacy is a single pot still whiskey which has been matured exclusively in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels with a small quantity matured in virgin American oak. It is the first permanent expression to bear the Midleton name. Bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Soft, sweet notes of barley, floral honey, rosemary, citrus, cut hay, summer meadows and toffee apples.

Palate: Sweet tobacco leaves and ceda, sugared peels, toffee, honey softness, vanilla and boiled sweets.

Finish: Very creamy and vanilla-rich, cinnamon and a little pear drop on the tail.
