Murray McDavid Ledaig 2009 14 Year Old Benchmark Benelux Exclusive

This rare Ledaig was distilled in 2009 at Tobermory distillery on the Isle of Mull and bottled in 2023 by Murray McDavid for the Benelux market. Aged 14 years and finished in a Koval Rye cask, it showcases the distillery’s classic peated style with a unique rye twist. Only 149 bottles were released. Bottled at 52.9%ABV

Nose: Earthy peat smoke, dried herbs, and subtle rye spice.

Palate: Smoky and bold, with sweet malt, cracked pepper, and toasted oak.

Finish: Long and spicy, with lingering smoke and a touch of dry rye grain.
