Murray McDavid Mortlach 1993 13 Year Old – Graham's Vintage Port Cask Finish is a limited-release Speyside single malt Scotch whisky, distilled at the renowned Mortlach Distillery in 1993 and bottled by independent bottler Murray McDavid in 2006.

Matured for 13 years, this distinctive expression combines traditional bourbon-cask maturation with additional finishing in a vintage port wine cask, bringing together Mortlach's famously rich, robust spirit and the luxurious fruit character associated with fortified-wine oak.

Mortlach, established in Dufftown in 1823, is celebrated for its unusually complex distillation process and its powerful, full-bodied single malt whisky. Often referred to as The Beast of Dufftown, the distillery produces a muscular spirit capable of developing remarkable depth through maturation.

The port-cask finish introduces a contrasting layer of ripe berries, dark plums, sweet wine richness and warming oak spice, complementing Mortlach's traditional malty weight and savoury complexity.

Bottled at 46% ABV, without chill filtration or added colouring, this whisky preserves the natural texture and character of its carefully selected casks.

Limited to 3,600 bottles, this historical release offers collectors an opportunity to acquire an independently bottled Mortlach from the 1990s, showcasing the creative cask-finishing approach for which Murray McDavid became known.

A compelling addition to collections of vintage Speyside single malts, independent bottlings and distinctive port-finished Scotch whiskies.

    **Bottled at 46%ABV, 750ml.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering dark fruits, oak spice, cocoa, malt sweetness and a gently drying wine-cask influence.
