A single cask release selected by and bottled exclusively for WhiskyBrother&Co.
A single cask release from the Linkwood distillery in Speyside, bottled by North Star Spirits independent bottlers. Distilled in April 2006, matured in a first-fill hogshead and bottled in February 2021. Only 130 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46.1%. (Bottle size 750ml)
Nose: Brine, sourdough bread, fresh dill and soft vanilla.
Palate: Bacon wheat crunchies, mixed fruits and a zesty orange slice.
Finish: Hints of hot, cloudy apple juice, salty peanuts and lingering gentle spice.
