Super Sonic Mach 1 is a limited-edition blended Scotch from North Star Spirits, distilled in 2013 and matured in sherry butts before bottling in 2022. Created by the Glasgow independent bottler known for Vega, Spica, and exceptional single casks, this release delivers rich sherry depth, bold character, and classic North Star craftsmanship. Bottled at 57.3% ABV.
Nose: Dark berries, toffee, and rich sherry warmth.
Palate: Chocolate, dried fruit, and gentle spice.
Finish: Long, sweet, and sherry-soaked with warming oak.
