Nose: Hot mash, biscuity malt, peat smoke, sweet stoned fruits (apricots, peach, pears), candied lemon peels, butterscotch, honeycomb, chocolate, vanilla ice cream.

Palate: Delicate oak, smouldering peat, floral hints (gorse, honeysuckle), rich malt, creamy porridge, vanilla, toffee.

Finish: Malted barley, earthy smoke, sweet barley sugar, caramel, vanilla.
