Distilled in 2011 at the Speyside-based Auchroisk Distillery, this single malt has been matured for 13 years, including a sherry cask finish in oloroso oak. Bottled at a cask strength, this limited single cask release was selected and bottled by Global Whisky under their OLO label. Bottled at 51.8% ABV. No coloring or chill filtration.

Founded in 2017, Global Whisky is an independent bottler headquartered in Glasgow. Their brands—Auld Goonsy’s, Red Cask Co, and Concept 8—are known for selecting standout casks with guidance from a respected tasting panel of former distillery managers.

Expect a dram layered with stewed fruits, baking spices, and deep malt richness.

Nose: Spiced plum, dark cherries, toasted oak, and chocolate.

Palate: Raisins, burnt caramel, red apple skin, and gentle pepper.

Finish: Long and elegant with a touch of nutmeg, vanilla, and oak spice
