Bottled at 55.2% ABV, SC:01 captures Islay’s smoky, maritime essence with bold peat smoke, balanced oak, and a complex, warming finish.

Nose: Intense peat smoke, sea spray, charred oak, and lemon zest.

Palate: Sweet malt, rich smoke, salted caramel, and tropical fruits.

Finish: Long, smoky, with lingering brine and spice.
