Rosebank 30 Years Old

Rosebank 30 Year Old Release One is a stunning example of Lowland whisky, distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2020. Matured in a combination of refill sherry butts and bourbon hogsheads, this whisky is an elegant, creamy expression of citrus and fruit, with hints of spice and subtle smoke. The whisky's layered complexity is a testament to its age, offering a refined and satisfying drinking experience. Bottled at 48.6% ABV 

Nose: Vibrant citrus with orange zest, watermelon, apple skin, peach, nectarine, and grapefruit, complemented by sweet pastry, buttery Chardonnay, and a hint of charred oak.

Palate: Creamy, buttery, and fruity with elegant notes of nectarines, ripe apples, apricots, candied almonds, and a subtle touch of smoke. Port-stewed pears, cinnamon, cloves, and oranges emerge.

Finish: Lingering fruits and soft spices with a medium-length finish.
