Signatory Ben Nevis 7 Year Old 2013

A small batch, un-chillfiltered dram from cult malt, Ben Nevis.

This whisky has been bottled by Signatory Vintage, after aging for 7 years in a pair of Hogshead casks. The result is a light, waxy and malty drop, with notes of vanilla, oat biscuits, apples, toffee, light oak, clean grain sweetness, flowers, honey and orange rind.

Bottled at 46% ABV, this is a medium bodied, satisfying whisky.

Nose: Delicate vanilla, oat biscuits, apples, honey, and orange rind with hints of floral notes and light oak.

Palate: Smooth and waxy with toffee, malt, creamy vanilla, sweet apples, honey, and a touch of citrus.

Finish: Medium-bodied with lingering honey, toffee, and subtle floral sweetness.
