Distilled in 2008 at the coastal Old Pulteney Distillery, this Highland single malt has been matured for 10 years in a single bourbon cask (#800113) before being bottled in 2019 by Signatory Vintage. This small-batch release captures the maritime character of Pulteney with a creamy, vanilla-sweet base from the American oak. Bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration or added colour, it is a limited release of just 325 bottles.

Nose: Light sea breeze, vanilla cream, and fresh barley.

Palate: Honey, lemon zest, oak spice, and subtle maritime saltiness.

Finish: Dry and lingering with gentle oak and coastal minerality.
