Distilled on 14 July 2017 and matured in a refill American oak hogshead, this whisky highlights a delicate balance between spirit character and gentle cask influence. The refill cask allows nuanced flavours to develop, resulting in a creamy, coffee-tinged profile reminiscent of tiramisu.
