South Star Highland 2011 10 Year Old is a limited release from South Star Spirits, created from ten first-fill hogsheads from an undisclosed Highland distillery. Bottled to mark the upcoming Dál Riata Distillery in Campbeltown, it offers a classic Highland profile-rich malt sweetness, oak spice, and soft fruit. Bottled at 48% ABV.

Nose: Malted barley, vanilla, and orchard fruit.

Palate: Creamy toffee, baked apple, and gentle oak spice.

Finish: Long, warming, and softly sweet.
