The Lost Distillery Company's Gerston Blended Malt is a tribute to the long-closed Gerston distilleries. Using a blend of whiskies, it recreates the flavors of Gerston One and Two, combining history with innovation. With deep scents of lanolin, sweet peat, and notes of cocoa and oatmeal biscuit, this 46% ABV malt delivers superb balance and length, offering a complex finish with hints of salty biscuit, banana cake, and lingering peat smoke.

Nose: Lanolin, woolshed, oatmeal biscuit, cocoa, coal smoke, and Barbour grease.

Palate: Sweet peat, soot, green tea, dry nuts, and liquorice.

Finish: Long, ashy with green peat smoke, salty oatmeal, and banana cake. Water enhances peanut brittle and pralines.
